The Virginia Army Cadet Corps is an equal opportunity cadet program which allows any and all that wish to serve as a Cadet or in the Cadre without any prejudice or preference towards anyone based on gender, nationality, ethnicity or religion and will not allow persecution to anyone because of such reasons.
